Dear Staffline Team and Data Protection Officer,

Dear Staffline Team and Data Protection Officer,

I am writing to remind you that 20 October 2026, the date specified in my previous correspondence, is approaching.

SLG/DR/0194

Thank you for your interim response of 21 September and for confirming that the duplicate profile has been restricted and that the relevant records are being preserved. I am still awaiting a complete, substantive written response to the outstanding matters.

These include:
1. Identifying the authoritative worker, payroll and PAYE record, and explaining how the duplicate profiles will be reconciled.
2. Confirming my correct assignment end date and PAYE leaving date.
3. Establishing whether my P45 was generated and issued, with evidence of when and how it was dispatched, or arranging its issue if it has not been issued.
4. Explaining and correcting, or appropriately contextualising, the disputed records, including “English limited”, “No grievance raised”, “Happy with Staffline” and the “No Show” entry.
5. Confirming the scope of restrictions on disputed data, the preservation of relevant evidence, and how my account-closure requests will be handled.

Please provide a numbered response by 20 October 2026, identifying the action taken on each point and explaining any decision not to make a requested correction. If you rely on an extension applicable to a data-rights request, please explain its basis, the reasons and the revised response date.

If substantive issues remain unresolved after that date, I intend to seek assistance from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) concerning my personal data and from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) concerning the PAYE and P45 issues. I will also continue the ACAS Early Conciliation process I have already initiated and, where appropriate, approach other competent bodies.

Independent review can help both parties clarify the facts, address any errors and reach a fair resolution. I would welcome Staffline’s constructive cooperation.

The publication presents my account of the outstanding issues. I will update it to reflect Staffline’s substantive response and any confirmed resolution.

Please respond in writing to my original email address, as previously requested.

Kind regards,
